Exterior Color design · Client: EXTERIOR COLOR DESIGN by DIX. Hite + Partners Dix. A beautiful Longwood transformation Hite + Partners Exterior Color Design. This is truly a reflection of our dedication to bringing landscaping solutions to outdoor environments in new and innovative ways. A palette of native plantings with dazzling contrast cater confident splashes of visual interest that truly complement the surrounding nature. A custom stone path, using locally sourced limestone, that lends both durability and beauty are just a few of the key elements of the . This trail takes visitors through a green space full of flower beds designed to bloom in different seasons, so as to always provide a splash of color throughout the year. We also proposed a staggering of stylish water features ranging from ornamental ponds to a fountain that cascades down layers of flat rock, creating both a visual focal point and ambience. One of our major challenges was how unlevel the site was, we bent over backwards to come up with the right grading to keep water flowing away from the house as well as get access to the home. Aside from the aforementioned challenge, our skilled team sorted this challenge by adopting terracing that not only cured the issue but in addition resulted in dimensionality to the landscape layout. The end product is a beautiful outdoor space that unfuses functionality with beauty that, in addition, makes our clients happy as well as adds value to the entire house.
