Avalon, NJ Fine Garden Creations Back at it with another landscaping work at the beautiful Avalon, NJ. We are so very proud to show off one of our finished landscaping works. This renovation was concentrated on maximising their outdoor living whilst being in keeping with the coastal feel of the area. This illustrated a beautiful balance of the hardscape / softscape ratio, which included a custom Bluestone patio. It is a very strong product that can withstand coastal weather, beautifully. We included all the native plant species we could get our hands on, that would live in harmony with little maintenance and flourish throughout the seasons, surrounding the patio. Due to the property being sloped that was one of the major challenges we faced. We created many retaining walls out of natural stone to help with this, both to stabilize the earth but also to blend a bit more naturally into the landscape. Such foresight created drainage and made sure soil won't be lost over time, safeguarding the lifespan of the garden. Other work included a building feature of an eye-catching water feature, with a waterfall in this case, that makes everything sound so soothing whilst relaxing in the area. Aside from being a point of interest, allows native wildlife to expand their habitat even closer to you, bringing you closer to nature. The end product delighted our clients a seamless combination of form and function that embodies the best of Avalon. It is now a peaceful oasis and retreat for both their family and guests to relax or celebrate in and it has been brought to that status through our meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
