Patios, Seating Areas, Courtyards, Outdoor Kitchens The Garden Angels Landscape Design & Consulting, recently completed a stunning transformational entitled 'Patios, Seating Areas, Courtyards, Outdoor Kitchens' that has changed the outdoor living experience for their clients in the beautiful landscapes of Aumsville, Salem, and beyond. The goal of this ambitious was to provide a physical connection between indoor comfort, and outdoor holiday leisure. Our team created several separate but connected spaces, including a stunning stone outdoor patio made with natural flagstone at the center for gathering. Regarding materials, we chose durable, weather-resistant options that also help with long term cleaning interactions and provide a warm atmosphere. For relaxation we included gorgeous composite decking and rustic wooden benches. Finally, in order to establish the connection to nature we added native plants that brought beauty to the seating areas while also supporting local biodiversity. Another exciting part of the was the full outdoor kitchen for our client who loves to cook. It carries high-quality stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops with a custom pergola for shade. The kitchen makes it very practical to entertain and have fun year round. When designing the we had to consider the concern of an awkwardly steep site that caused some trepidation the kitchen location, so we made the site work with a tiered design that ensured it would work well with foot traffic and remain stable, thus creating a focal point. Overall, the provided a spectacular courtyard that balanced function and beauty, and provided a space for our clients to invite family and friends over to gather. The ingenuity of the design with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail have our clients enjoying their outdoor living space proudly.
