AFTER Lakeside Apple Tree Landscapes, Inc. Nestled deep in Central Jersey, Apple Tree Landscapes, Inc. is excited to present the 'Lakeside Transformation,' one of the many extraordinary outdoor transformations we have done for our clients in the beautiful and scenic area of Annandale and beyond. This monumental endeavor converted a derelict lakeside location into a tranquil refuge that seamlessly combined nature with luxury. A detailed site analysis was the first step of the , focusing on the limitations of the sloping property and bordering lake. With thoughtful implementation, our team plans a tiered landscape with natural stone retaining walls as needed to balance erosion control with aesthetics. Using only species of native plants conducive to wetland environments, we caused no harm while creating something much better. The custom-designed wooden deck with cedar finishes is an inviting space for relaxation or gatherings while overlooking the calm waters. Permeable pavers lead guests around lush gardens where excess water can naturally drain, reducing environmental impact. Lighting, as well, played a significant role: we used LED fixtures to accentuate the landscape they leave an immense magical atmosphere at night which we hope shocked our clients. We overcame the challenge of devising a drainage solution to protect the property from potential flooding and ended up devising an efficient system that integrates naturally with the existing landscape. The end product is a glorious lakeside sanctuary that adds property value and brings the occupants closer to nature.
