Liburdy Residence Lankford Associates Landscape Architects is excited to present the Liburdy Residence, a that reflects our dedication to quality and craftsmanship in the landscaping profession. Located in Stanwood, this celebrates the merging of nature and sophisticated living spaces. The design consists of a variety of native plant selections, which aid in sustainability while providing a beautiful enhancement to the house. A beautiful custom stone patio, made with basalt sourced locally, provides a durable and elegant outdoor area. Permeable pavers were utilized for both the driveway and walkways, creating visual interest, while implementing a water management solution. The slope of the site was a challenge for the initial design; therefore, tiered garden beds were designed to add character and gracefully mitigate erosion while providing a habitat for abundant perennial blooms. A linear water feature with natural stone waterfalls provides an inviting feel, tranquility, and supports local wildlife. The end product is an exquisite outdoor environment that the Liburdy family enjoys, and represents the successful integration of functionality and beauty. With lush greenery, beautiful hardscaping, and innovative design solutions, the Liburdy Residence exemplifies Lankford Associates's crafting of exceptional landscape design within the Pacific Northwest's myriad of landscape features and climates.
