Madison Club 1A Completed by Hermann Design Group Located in the prestigious Madison Club, 'Madison Club 1A' incorporates the design and implementation skills of Hermann Design Group. Serving the communities of Bermuda Dunes, Cathedral City, Coachella, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Thousand Palms, Riverside, Beaumont and Banning, we hope to display our innovation and quality with this unique . The consisted of a complete renovation of the outdoor space, focusing on having a beautiful balance between living in luxury and living with nature. Key elements included a breathtaking assortment of native desert plants. Each plant was chosen for their unique adaptations to the dry desert climate of Coachella Valley, including agaves and succulents. In addition, we included all drought tolerant plants to display sustainability in a region where water conservation is important and irrigation needs to be minimal. We included an incredible custom built water feature that created an inviting space, and an opportunity for relaxation. The water feature was built from local stone, adding to the surrounding flora and utilizing the sound of the water, to create an ambient space for guests to enjoy while enjoying the yard. Additionally, we created a pathway of natural flagstone to guide guests through the lush garden to have a welcoming experience. Each comes with its own concerns associated with the topography of the site plan, and existing drainage patterns. When considerations were made regarding water management, concerns with erosion and longevity were implemented in the design for the Madison Club 1A . We utilized creative grading strategies, along with a drain for an optimal water management system. The outcome of the particular is a stunning outdoor oasis that captures the luxury lifestyle of the Madison Club. Our clients were so ecstatic the transformation, expressing their satisfaction not only with the physical beauty of the landscape, but also how thoughtful the design was in consideration of the natural environment.
