This stunning patio was designed to be a landing point for the homeowners to get away from the house and into nature simultaneously, sitting perfectly with the landscape around them. We created a large patio from durable Pennsylvania bluestone with earthy colors that combine great looks with everyday utility.PERMALINK From the initial lay out to the final installation, nothing was left to chance and every stone placed, maintaining a flow that can only be seen by the naked eye. However, the site was not flat so that did not help us much, and we had to grade the site carefully to generate a reasonable flat base. Our experienced team worked around this challenge by introducing drainage so that water cannot collect and compromise the life of the patio in the future. The end product is an awe-inspiring outdoor space that features custom seating walls with ambient lighting that are perfect for family functions and evening soirees. The clients are over the moon with the result as the depth of the bluestone combined with the vegetation surrounding creates a calming oasis.
