Analysis of Landscape Overlooking Lake Michigan 'Landscape Overlooking Lake Michigan' is an amazing example of nature's artistry combined with working with high-quality craftsmanship. Located along the stunning shoreline, the is a blending of native vegetation, sustainable materials, and creative design that can address the unique challenges of a lakeside environment. As is typical in lakeside locations, we dealt with issues related to soil erosion and wind exposure. To address such issues, we implemented a tiered planting strategy that incorporated native grasses and perennials that stabilized soil and are well adapted to the coastal climate. Using locally sourced stone for the retaining walls enhanced beauty and resilience in the landscape. Notable features of this landscape include a large reclaimed brick patio for entertaining with sweeping views of Lake Michigan. Surrounding the patio are garden beds of dynamic colors filled with showy perennials and flowering shrubs to provide seasonal color while attracting pollinators and other wildlife throughout the year. Visitors are encouraged to discover the various outdoor living areas of the landscape along pathways of natural bluestone. The successful inclusion of lighting components that provide a magical environment in the landscape at night was the result of our team's commitment to craftsmanship and detail. The final result left our clients ecstatic: an elegant outdoor space that met their needs while respecting and enhancing the natural beauty of Lake Michigan.
