Suburban Solitude David J Frank Landscape Contracting Inc. is excited to announce 'Suburban Solitude', a residential landscaping intended to create a peaceful outdoor haven in Brown Deer. This represents our commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative design for our valued clients throughout Milwaukee, Butler, Cedarburg, and Germantown. The started with an extensive consultation to ensure we captured the desired character of what would become a tranquil retreat. After the initial discussions, our talented crews put a plan in place featuring a cross-section of native plant material, intermixed with ornamental grasses, to create a warm outdoor space to come together and unwind. Key features include a stunning stone patio built from locally-sourced bluestone, an extremely durable stone perfect for entertaining, or enjoying a quiet evenings under the stars. To expand upon the inviting nature of the outdoor space, we integrated a custom-built fire pit encircled with seating that welcomes dinner guess around the warmth of the flame. Our team encountered natural obstacles, such as the uneven nature of the terrain and drainage challenges; however, we worked through those utilizing a carefully engineered grading plan along with a coordinated drainage plan to ensure client satisfaction and longevity in the landscape. The result is an exceptional marriage of natural beauty and sound design, above and beyond our client's expectations. The 'Suburban Solitude' brings not only functional beauty to the aesthetics of the property but also acts as a tranquil retreat for the homeowner and their guests.
