Marina Del Rey Residence The 'Marina Del Rey Residence,' executed by Russ Cletta Design Studio, Inc., offers a prime example of luxury landscape design in one of California's most desirable coastal neighborhoods. Situated in the peaceful environment of Marina Del Rey, this converted a regular outdoor space into an exceptional private getaway. The design methodology relied heavily on the idea of beautiful naturalness, as well as functionality and elegance. Drought-tolerant plants were utilized especially native Californian plants to promote the idea of sustainability while providing color throughout the year. Similarly, materials used like stone pavers sourced locally from California, and reclaimed wood added rustic charm quite well and provided contrast to the modern architecture of the house and hardscapes.
