Downer Brothers Landscaping, Inc.'s goal is to transform outdoor spaces into beautiful retreats, and the Ultimate Back Patio embodies this philosophy. The took place in North Andover and is a representation of the high quality and craftsmanship we provide to our clients in Andover, Boxford, Georgetown, Lawrence, Methuen, North Reading, Topsfield, and beyond. For this , the intent was to create a well-functioning outdoor living area that had both beauty and utility. We started by choosing high-quality products, including durable porcelain tiles and natural stone pavers, to ensure that the maintained its beautiful aesthetic over time while being durable and functional. The layout was carefully crafted to create distinct areas for dining, lounging, and entertaining pushed the family to absolutely enjoying the outdoor space. One of the main challenges with the was the slope of the terrain of the backyard. To move overcome grading the land with retained walls, finished with locally sourced stone, we were able to create a level and usable patio area while showcasing the properties natural landscape. We also finished the with built-in seating and a firepit, perfect for gathering family and friends! To further enhance the overall ambiance, we included the landscaping around the patio, featuring low-maintenance perennials and some impactful and strategically placed landscape lighting to highlight the best features of the space in the evening. The finished created an amazing outdoor retreat for the homeowners to relax and enjoy as they entertain guests. Homeowners were happy with the reveal and the transformation of the space was a dream come true! The Ultimate Back Patio adds value to their house and creates an outdoor retreat for them for years to come.
