This beautiful feature of the estate is great for the eye and for a getaway from everyday life setting up to relax or just enjoy some entertainment. Gorgeous foliage and groundcover have been planted strategically around the property to add color and scents throughout the year everything from hibiscus to plumeria and other flowers typical in the tropical climate. The specific difficulties with this were a variation in levels on site and the sea breezes. Our team employed a tiered garden design to both assist with the stabilization of the landscape and to provide serene outdoor living. Utilizing reclaimed woods to form custom retaining walls add a natural touch while giving structure to the abundant gardens above. An outdoor kitchen and dining area with high-end appliances within a stylish pergola round off the , providing an alfresco dining setting flooded with stunning sunsets. They have used a number of eco-friendly materials such as permeable pavers for the pathways, allowing for proper drainage while significantly reducing some environmental concerns.
