Summary: Custom Residence 01, Palm Beach Custom Residence 01, a recently completed by Parker-Yannette Design Group, Inc., is a beautiful example of our firm’s commitment to excellence in landscape design. Set on a magnificent property in Jupiter, the included the renovation of an expansive estate to create an outdoor oasis that harmonizes with the verdant coastal landscape. The landscaping incorporates both native and selected exotic plants for their hardiness and aesthetics. We thoughtfully invited the vibrancy of bougainvillea, the grandeur of palms, and the fragrance of jasmine to our palettea combination of plant materials that not only enhances the visual appeal of the property, but also establishes new habitats to support local wildlife and increase biodiversity. Naturally, we specified high-quality, sustainable, and locally-sourced materials for the hardscapes. Quarried natural stone offers durability and a rustic look and feel, and enhanced the property’s character. A major obstacle for this particular site was the unlevel topography. Our team developed creative grading solutions to achieve usable outdoor spaces. Planters, tiered gardens, and terraced seating offer the seamless transitions that maximize the views, while providing separate spaces for relaxation and entertaining. Lastly, the infinity pool is a spectacular visual feature. It appears as if the pool spills into the horizon. The contrast between the water and the naturally-textured stone pavers of the patio finished this extravagant accessory space. Outdoor lighting also complements the landscape design features and enhances the client’s entertaining experience by providing illumination, even after sunset. Overall, Custom Residence 01 is a beautiful outdoor retreat that elicits delight from our clientsand provides a beautiful escape that reflects the beauty of Palm Beach.
