About This Project

Custom Residence 04, Jupiter Island Parker-Yannette Design Group, Inc. is pleased to report on Custom Residence 04 and the unique landscaping that was designed for this on beautiful Jupiter Island. This is an example of our goals to appreciate and deliver beauty in the site and create an environment that is a sanctuary for the homeowners. The design includes native Florida plants, that require low maintenance, while increasing the local biodiversity. The final product has a variety of tropical palms, flowering bushes, and ground covers that create a colorful collage that connects to the coastal conditions of the property. The design team decided to use natural materials including stone pavers and ethically sourced wood to create durable pathways and areas to sit that can accommodate families or individuals simply lounging outdoors. Having a sandy soils and varying elevations to deal with was one of the challenges of this . We were able to build a workable drainage system and terrace the site to create a more interesting landscape. The design addressed more than just drainage but added visual appeal to the site without creating any flooding issues. The result of the landscape is stunning, with the design providing a purpose-built infinity pool in the gorgeous designed landscape that creates continuity between the home and outdoor space. The selection of plants was intentional to contribute year round beauty while offering a small fire pit to dine and enjoy evenings under the stars. The end result of this realized the quality and craftsmanship we strive for in our designs and demonstrated our artistry at Parker-Yannette Design Group, Inc. We are truly grateful to be a part of transforming what was a beautiful residence to an oasis on Jupiter Island where home and nature coexist in luxury.
