Custom Residence 06, Palm Beach Designed by the Parker-Yannette Design Group, Inc., the Custom Residence 06 is the ultimate luxury landscape that catered to the client's requests. Based in Jupiter, our team dove into this large landscape with a firm commitment to quality of work and attention to detail. This expansive outdoor oasis includes a naturalistic mix of Florida native plants selected to flourish in the local climate while providing year-long appeal. We employed natural stone pathways that elegantly link unique areas of the property, including the vibrant outdoor kitchen, tranquil meditation garden, and beautiful infinity pool adorned with lush plant life. One of the main challenges during this was the site's varying topography. The landscape architects carefully considered the site's condition and created tiered planting beds that were visually appealing, aided drainage, and improved soil health. The designer specified permeable pavers for efficient water management in compliance with environmentally conscious practices. Quality materials were a priority on this and we incorporated reclaimed wood for all of the fencing and decking materials, which added charm while being environmentally ethical. Using premium outdoor lighting allowed for magical evenings spent gathering in the landscape with friends and family. The end result is a stunning landscape that embodies the homeowner's hope for serenity and luxury, while exceeding their expectations.
