Villeta Interior & Exterior Environmental Designs has delivered the Villeta , a remarkable redesign in the heart of San Diego's dynamic landscape. This embraces a generous outdoor footprint characterized by the union of modernity and nature as a calm environment for the homeowners. Highlights of the Villeta include a wholly designed hardscape of quality travertine pavers coupled with a slate path of high quality and looks, while providing durability and low maintenance in a coastal climate like Cardiff By The Sea and surrounding areas. To break up the hardscape, a variety of native plantings, as well as drought-tolerant plantings, provide a sustainable and sheltered ecosystem that encourages environmental performance. Of the significant challenges of the , sloped topography necessitated the need for a solution with drainage and erosion control. Our skilled team implemented a tiered garden design to address this challenge, while also generating depth and dimension to the landscape. Natural stone blocks were used as retaining walls, which adaptable to nature, and utilized boulders and rock collected from the site for increased focal points for the views. The finished with a calm water feature, with cascades into a basin that serves to create a calming environment for all. Not only does the water feature attract local wildlife, but provides peacefulness for the homeowners to unwind. Upon finish, the was far better than client expectation for all aspects of usage and beauty. Overall the finished result created an amazing outdoor space consistent with the beliefs and lifestyle of the homeowner while enhancing beautification to the entire neighborhood.
