MEDITERRANEAN ELEGANCE | FERNANDO WONG OUTDOOR LIVING DESIGN Located in a tight-knit neighborhood location, the 'Mediterranean Elegance' is the work of Fernando Wong Outdoor Living Design. An outdoor retreat combining traditional Mediterranean style with contemporary charm which this landscaping transformation does seamlessly. Lush terraced gardens featuring an abundance of bougainvillea, lavender and ornamental citrus trees adorn the . Visitors traverse the area over pathways hand-cut from stone, guiding visitors towards a central fountain, which acts as a centerpiece in the tranquil atmosphere. We selected each stone to blend with the texture and color of the surrounding architecture. One of the main engineering challenges of the was the slope of the slope. Using locally sourced natural stone to create retaining walls, our team designed an elegant, functional landscape while honoring the site's topography. Drought-resistant plants not only encourage sustainability, but are in keeping with the Mediterranean theme, requiring the minimum amount of water while guaranteeing greenery throughout the year. The end result is a blend of function and form that provides the homeowners with the option to entertain or simply enjoy nature quietly when they feel the desire. Zaharakis and the clients have been flooded with positive reviews from the community and are excited to share their new Mediterranean inspired oasis with family and friends.
