Located in Shawnee, KS, this pool was designed to work with the landscape and give the homeowners a beautiful, tranquil environment. The highlight of this is the amazing swimming pool constructed with a well-designed mix of natural stone and modern tile. The pool includes a waterfall flowing into a gorgeous catch basin that will produce amazing sounds. Around the pool, we have provided a lot of plants Native to the Midwest that blend well with the structure while promoting biodiversity. Drought-tolerant grasses and perennials were incorporated specifically to give seasonal interest and require minimal maintenance. One of the main challenges of this was to create a seamless integration into the existing grade. Lots of time was spent working out how the pool would tie into the site with the soil conditions and providing a good drainage solution so that it will be a usable pool for years. The site is full of durable materials including durable pavers for the pool deck that can withstand rain and snow while still being beautiful. Overall, this very luxurious has transformed a typical backyard into a state-of-the-art resort. From the moment the finished was presented, the clients were ecstatic to see a seamless blend of elegance and nature, offering a perfect retreat for both quiet times for the family or entertaining in a beautiful environment.
