Gated Entry-Way by Best of Texas Landscapes At Best of Texas Landscapes, we enjoy taking a regular place and converting it into a fabulous landscape. Our latest , the "Gated Entry-Way," is an example of our commitment to quality and talent in designing landscapes and serving the incredible residents of Anderson Mill, Austin, Brushy Creek, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Jollyville, Jonestown, Lago Vista, Leander, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, and Volente. For this job, we created a beautiful gated entry that secures the property, while improving the overall aesthetics of the entry-way. We began this through an amazing design process where we connected a grandiose entry with the surrounding environment. We used locally sourced stone for the gate pillars, and a wonderful rustic feel elegant look looks amazing. The gate is made of wrought iron, and it is extremely beautifully designed, while having the functional look. One of the challenges we had to overcome was the slope of the natural terrain which required grade solutions to make the entry accessible and level. Our amazing landscaping team encountered a challenge, but were able to create a terraced landscape solution that increased the depth and character of the entry-way. We were able to use native plant and low-maintenance shrubs that holds color and beauty, which means maintenance is easily taken care of in the Texas climate to create a lush back-drop. The finished product has a series of curved pathways covered with decorative gravel and leads clients through the entry to the gate, which increases the overall flow of the landscape. Our design team installed ambient lighting for the entrance to increase the appeal and functionality to the entry-way's various surroundings. Finally, our clients were more than happy to receive the final reveal of a brand new entry-way. The "Gated Entry-Way" does an amazing job of creating an accessible entry, while also creating an exceptional focal point for applauding guests and visitors that sets the tone for the overall property.
