Yalding, Cedar Park by Best of Texas Landscapes At Best of Texas Landscapes, we love to transform outdoor spaces into spectacular retreats. Our recent at Yalding in Cedar Park was no exception. In the heart of Cedar Park, this was a labor of love that exhibited our proficiency in developing both functional and beautiful landscapes. We began the with a meeting so we could hear the client’s thoughts on their backyard oasis. Our team set to work designing a multi-tiered garden containing a mix of native Texas plants, drought-tolerant perennials, and ornamental grasses to create an area that is spectacular visually all year while still being sustainable. We comprised an amazing hardscape of well-designed flagstone walkways throughout the garden that leads to a peaceful seating area containing a custom built pergola. One of the obstacles we faced was the rockiness of the area which took both excavation and soil amendment to develop a thriving garden bed. Our skilled team incorporated high quality soil amendments from organic sources to improve the earth to ensure optimal growth of the selected plants. We also developed an efficient irrigation system that conserves water while still giving the plants plenty of water supply. The end product was incredible. There was vibrant blooms, healthy green foliage, and the soft sound of a newly established water feature creating peace that astonished our clients and turned their yard into a backyard oasis. This special allowed us to demonstrate to our clients our eye for detail and our pursuit of quality in craft from shares of plant materials to the overall hardscaping of the .
