Historic Charleston c. 1835 by Linda Greenberg Landscape & Design, LLC Located in the iconic Historic Charleston, inspired by the sophistication of the times of 1835, we proudly show a the talents of Linda Greenberg Landscape & Design, LLC. Our team was able to transform a wonderful outdoor living space into a veritable garden paradise, It fit with the historical architecture of this unique home and the sylvan environment of the South. This involved a collection of stunning native plants including azaleas, live oaks and magnolias, remarkable for their stewardship, sustainability and historical relevance. The integration of natural stone paths utilized locally sourced tabby concrete in keeping with the rich heritage of the area. Our designs also included hand-wrought wrought iron gates that speaks not only security but the visual appeal of the garden, aiming to honour applicability with beauty in style. One major challenge was the restoration of the soil, and to accomplish this work we had to have significant amendments made to create the necessary environment for at least five types of plants. We then used organic compost and mulch, both noting zero environmental impact, allowing for healthy growth. The product was a spectacular landscape of greenery, flowering species, species that honour original landscaping, items both visually and purposely provide informed visual diversion while confirming the architecture based on allusions from a 1835 home. It was an incredibly visual landscape that was devotedly to be contrary to the orignal history. As a culmination of a venture into a wondrous and historical journey Linda Greenberg Landscape & Design, LLC prides itself in its capacity for quality, tailored landscaping. We provide level of beautification and aisal for porperties from all over Charleston, to Daniel Island Isle of Palms, and vilalges beyond. This particular is no exception to our mission statements in existence and appreciation of the historical weave of English and Southern gardens alike.
