Summary: Montecito Estate with Logoluso Design Studio Situated within the core of a recognized neighborhood, the Montecito Estate reflects the outstanding creativity and collaboration displayed by Logoluso Design Studio, located in the diverse communities of Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and beyond. We made an incredible effort to adapt the outdoor area into an outdoor haven that connected with the estate's bespoke and luxurious finish. This featured a spectacular selection of landscape elements which complemented the estate's aesthetics through the use of local and indigenous flowering plants and vegetables that promoted local ecology. We executed another high standard of workmanship in sourcing high quality materials, including local stone paths and reclaimed, distressed wood elements for raised garden beds, and ensured an attractive stance between architectural elegance and environmental care. The estate's differences in topography presented a design problem that we were able to mitigate by developing tiered gardens while thoughtfully placing retaining walls, not only for drainage but added aesthetics to the area. The centerpiece of the Montecito Estate is a curated infinity pool with outdoor hardscaping aesthetic that defines what luxury is, including various stonework and lounge areas for relaxation or entertainment, perfect after sunset with landscape lighting surrounding the area. Once complete, the end product amazed our client who expressed overall satisfaction with connecting the indoor and outdoor environments.
