Ohio Home - Northeast Style Jacobs Grant Design Ltd is passionate remaking outdoor areas into landscapes that achieve both beauty and function. Our recent , 'Ohio Home - Northeast Style,' exemplifies this through thoughtful design and install. This is located in the heart of the Columbus community, which proved to provide a very unique natural outdoor area that partnered with a contemporary style. The landscape design utilizes a great combination of native plants and hardscaping materials that coincide with a design typical of the Northeast. The quality of the patio and pathways are enhanced with stone sourced locally to help with both curb appeal and ease of use of the patio. The site has very different grades that led us to have to build a grading plan for proper drainage and erosion control. The process of terracing allowed us to create attractive visual levels with great functionality to provide a variety of plantings. The fire pit area is the anchor of the design, surrounded by native shrubs and ornamental grasses that give visual interest throughout the year. A vibrant selection of perennials was chosen that bloom over the seasons, bringing visual color to an at times brown landscape. Our final has pleased our clients, and they have a wonderful outdoor space to entertain and enjoy. The use of natural materials in the planting also lets the architecture look very congruent with the home for each indoor/outdoor experience. Jacobs Grant Design Ltd is proud of every , where this continues that standard of quality in landscape design for the Amlin, Bexley, Dublin, and surrounding areas.
