Coastal Concepts: FinleeA Coastal Oasis A true testament to the care and quality of homebuilding that Coastal Concepts is known for in this tranquil coastal town, Finlee is nestled in the heart of the residential community. From the sandy beaches of Avon By The Sea to the beautiful streets of Spring Lake Heights, we covered a wide range of beautiful places with our team and made it beautifully able to complete this property to convert it into an outdoor living space and blend with the surrounding area. The beginning of the was the designing phase, in which we worked closely with the client to know what the client wants. The landscape is alive with colorful native plants, including hydrangeas, ornamental grasses, and shrubs, all selected for their adaptability and beauty. We put in a multi-leveled natural stone patio with a custom fire pit at the center of this space to create an inviting area to enjoy those summer evenings. The slope of the property posed one of the greatest challenges with having to implement drainage to reduce erosion and water runoff. They needed build a complete drain system, so the vegetation would flourish even during heavy rains and look pretty. Finlee as the final product is a pure beauty This design brings hardscapes naturally into wild with planting and provides a luxurious space for one to relax, and another one to entertain. The client was very happy with the result, he said that quality of work and attention to every detail is what made Coastal Concepts stand out for him. Finlee is proof that functionality and nature can work together seamlessly as this amazing landscaping showcases. One after another, Coastal Concepts, is continuing to beautify Allenhurst, Belmar, and beyond.
