About This Project

Braddock Point We, at Hay Hill Services, proudly present Braddock Point as an exquisite representation of our landscaping skills and artistry, and we are excited to share it with you! Located in beautiful Columbia, this capitalizes on transforming a basic yard into a peaceful outdoor space. The design integrates native plant species, including flowering shrubs and ornamental grasses with color and texture throughout the four seasons. We used natural stone pavers and reclaimed wood for the raised beds to create character and resiliency to the outdoor space. The most difficult obstacle in the installation was the unlevel terrain. We had to incorporate grading and drainage measures to not let any water pool in the flat areas of the yard. Therefore, we made sure to implement a specific drainage plan to complement the design, so that the integrity of all plants would be safely nurtured. We ended the with a breathtaking waterfall feature that complemented the space. The sounds and motion from the water were tranquil and had the additional benefit of attracting local wildlife. The waterfall also served as a pleasing aesthetic for casual gatherings or entertaining positions. Ultimately, we achieved a landscape that provided the homeowner with an enjoyable backyard space while exercising our talents and skills. Hay Hill Services was able to provide a with sustainability and craftsmanship throughout, solidifying Braddock Point as an outstanding property in the area of Arcadia Lakes, Cayce, Forest Acres, and surrounding neighborhoods.
