Clearview Austin Outdoor Design Austin Outdoor Design is proud to present ‘Clearview', a stunning landscaping that turned a private residence into a personal retreat. Set in one of West Lake Hills most beautiful neighborhoods, this is a perfect example of what we strive for… quality, innovation and happy clients. Clearview was also a large scale refresh of an external space to incorporate environmentally sustainable practices and native plantings naturally suited to the site. An aesthetic layout, an enticing combination of drought-tolerant plants, ornamental grasses, flowering shrubs was created by our team of expert designing as illustrated above. Materials and construction were meticulously planned to use the most local material possible for long-standing structures such as retaining walls and pathways, blending well with the terrain. The 's biggest challenge was working with the steep yard & developing solutions for drainage and avoiding erosion. Not only did our team carefully design tiered garden beds to solve these problems, but they also provided a great physical dimension and aesthetic interest to the landscape. A man made wooden pergola was added to provide shading while also creating an inviting outdoor entertaining area, with seating and lighting. At the end of the Clearview , we were able to deliver something that surpassed our client expectations a perfect marriage of form and function. This outdoor space has been transformed into an ideal space to unwind and entertain, showing the artistry and craftsmanship that Austin Outdoor Design is so well-known for. Clearview has been purposefully and gracefully designed and constructed, and is a reflection of our programmatic commitment to beautifying the natural landscape of Austin and the regions beyond.
