Millenial Landscaping, Inc. has taken on the transformation of an old and overgrown landscape into a beautiful outdoor space for the ' Demolish & Gain Gardner ' in the heart of MetroWest area. From Cochituate all the way to Wellesley Hills, our team saw the opportunity of recovering a property with invasive plants, slopes, and an people-unfriendly area. We began with a detailed site analysis and planned the removal of unneeded vegetation, antiquated buildings and rubbish. Our experienced team used both heavy machinery and hand tools to minimize damage to areas nearby during the demolition. Getting rid of invasive species not only made the place look better but let native plants start to thrive. After the demo [landscape curtain pulled] came the introduction of quality materials to create a new landscape base. It featured long-lasting pavers for a trendy outdoor area, natural mulch for the flowerbeds, and stones from nearby for ornamental edges. A high-tech drainage system was also included to deal with water runoff issues and provide the newly planned landscape better longevity and sustainability. Our landscape architects addressed the steep grading by creating tiered planting areas that are visually interesting but that also allow for proper drainage. The end result is a finely interwoven combination of hardscape + softscape elements, including perennial gardens in full swing, a seating patio that begs you to pause and a network of pathways that encourage you to stay and explore.
