Landscape Lighting / Millennial Landscaping, Inc. Even after the sun sets, a beautifully designed landscape deserves to shine and at Millennial Landscaping, Inc. we believe that our clients' great eye for design should still be able to showcase their property. We were just in Wellesley and worked our magic on a wonderful home with some gorgeous Landscape Lighting that we are excited to share. The talented team prepared a detailed lighting plan to highlight all the beautiful features of the property, including beautiful paths, gardens, and gigantic trees. For energy efficiency and longevity, we used quality LED fixtures and chose warm tones to provide a friendly feel in addition to safely illuminating paths and areas to be accessed. We work primarily with our team to implement these kinds of lights used, as the advantage is that the land is already there and the only major part is that there is no major use of these kinds of lights in the landscape, which could make it a bit less natural. It was a challenging endeavor that required a ton of planning and cable placement so you wouldn't really see any of that stuff and we also needed to consider the plants in that area. We also had to address the logistics of placement with the diverse terrain of the property, placing various fixtures to manage a lot of what is dealt with in the exposure as well as topping fortify and optimal illumination. The result was a stunning night time ground-scape which our clients loved since they were able to appreciate the exterior space for hours after dark. The new focus on how it was now lit made the home both more beautiful, both more of a value and more of a curb appeal booster. The client expressed sheer joy the completion of the job and how the landscape lighting changed the outdoor experience. It reflects our attention to detail and our promise to deliver client visions which beautifies Cochituate, Concord, Framingham, and more.
