About This Project

Millennial Landscaping, Inc. Drywell /Leaching Chamber Install Proud to be finished up an indoor advanced Drywell and Leaching Chamber Installation for a Wayland residential client, contributing to the beautification and balance of stormwater management in either the ecosystem. Our team engineered the every step of the way, keeping local approvals and ordinances in mind while still designing a solution to the unique drainage issues that the slope of the property presented. We designed a durable system, made from high quality materials such as polyethylene chambers and perforated piping which would be able to handle the excess stormwater with ease. This done near a field with existing landscape to deal with, we did some smart planning there to save all the existing planted trees and shrubbery. From different soil types to restricted and hard to get to installation site where our team has encountered hurdles before. By utilising more modern digs methods and using the best suitable machines, we were able to resolve these issues and make sure the new system fitted right in with the county. It not only reduce the chances of flooding but also beautified the surroundings by replacing the disturbed areas with native plantings and new sod. The end result gave our client more than they hoped for in a sustainable solution that only helps recharge groundwater but blends seamlessly into the landscaping of their estate. This Wayland exemplifies our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and is a microcosm of our service area of 27 towns in the broader area of Cochituate, Concord, Framingham, and more.
