Spring Lake by Hay Hill Services The 'Spring Lake' is another outstanding commitment to excellence from Hay Hill Services in the world of landscaping. Located in the peaceful setting of Spring Lake, this was focused on enhancing the natural beauty of the surrounding area and the functional and aesthetic experience of this new outdoor living space. Our team put together an impressive landscape with a variety of native plants, including ornamental grasses, flowering perennials, and evergreen plants to provide color and life year-round. In addition to the diversity of plants, we used locally sourced stone to create formal pathways and retaining walls that integrate beautifully with the hardscape and natural landscape. Permeable pavers also create nice pathways and alleviate drainage concerns while improving the drainage of the landscape. One of the challenges we faced while undertaking this design was the uneven terrain that required grading to create level planting beds and a flat surface for the walking paths. Our team executed the grading and levelling well and created a reliable and predictable space for planting and walking. Finally, we installed some water-efficient irrigation that helps nurture a variety of plant life while being responsible with water usage. The final result was a beautiful outdoor entertaining and relaxation space that exceeded our client's expectations. They now have a proper retreat space to enjoy with family and friends and the pleasant sound of the custom water feature we incorporated into the space. The transition from concept to reality was seamless demonstrating the artistry, commitment, and quality of craft we always strive to provide our clients.
