Remodel of the Kendall Pool and Floor by The Garden District The Garden District announces the beautifully remodeled 'Kendall Pool and Floor,' a transformation in outdoor living in the heart of Kendall, FL. We serve many vibrant communities across Miami and beyond, but we took on this in Kendall to create an escape that marries luxury and nature. Initially, we faced providing an outdated pool area that was unable to meet our client's needs either functionally or aesthetically. We imagined the space to be an ideal retreat for family time or to entertain friends and family. We chose natural stone pavers for durability while enhancing appearance. Travertine was the perfect solution as it provided a slip resistant surface and blended with the lush landscapes surrounding the pool. We designed the landscape to include a limited native Florida plant palette featuring bold hibiscus plants and stately palms. The landscape is visually appealing while maintaining sustainability due to very low-maintenance plants. In addition, we decided to provide a pleasant ambiance by implementing a custom water feature cascading into the pool. Our talented team was able to overcome the challenges of securing an uneven site while addressing existing drainage. They completed the maintaining water flow and securing the site. Upon completion, the remodel provided our client with a stunning poolside retreat in accordance with the neighboring outdoor flooring space. The remodel not only rejuvenated the client's outdoor space but also increased property value. The happy family can now enjoy a calming escape that reflects their lifestyle combining function, quality, and elegance. The Garden District has proudly transformed a neglected outdoor space and will continue to enhance the greater Miami area with the Kendall Pool and Floor remodel.
