FRONT YARD WATER FEATURE At Roy Altaras Landscape Design and Build, we have transformed an ordinary front yard into a stunning oasis with our recent , the 'Front Yard Water Feature'! Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, this exemplifies our consistent commitment to quality and innovation in landscaping. As the centerpiece of this stunning and remarkably unique design, is a lovely, natural stone, custom-built pond feature with a waterfall that creates a lovely audio experience that sets the stage for tranquillity. To complement the water feature, we added a wide variety of vigorous native plants, such as ferns and wildflowers, that do exceptionally well in the Southern California climate. The use of high-end materials from locally sourced suppliers like the rustic flagstone or pebbles, will create durability and aesthetics that will blend seamlessly with existing architecture. One challenge was the sloped grading of the yard. Our team executed a careful grading plan to ensure that drainage controlled the water feature while also preventing erosion. Through collaboration and installation - we created a water feature that can thrive without compromising the surrounding landscape. We also attempted above-acceptable sustainability standards in our installation since we know the importance of energy efficiency. We installed a top quality, energy-efficient LED light that sets the perfect features of the pond during evening hours. In the end, we created stunning, harmonious landscape that adds a certain wow factor to the property and adds value to an already amazing home!
