Hollywood Place by Leifeste Landscape Design In the heart of Hollywood Park, the Hollywood Place represents the quality craftsmanship and innovative landscape design that Leifeste Landscape Design produces. The expansive residential property underwent dramatic changes that emphasize functionality and beauty, while still implementing the ideas and vision of the client. The included an exquisite multi-layer garden consisting of native plants that thrive in the Texas climate, creating a garden that is sustainable and low maintenance. Beautiful stone pathways made of local quarried flagstone usher visitors through colorful flower beds and peaceful seating areas. At the center of the garden is a peaceful koi pond lined with smooth river rock flanked by a gentle waterfall, creating a serene environment for meditation. An essential challenge for the was the sloped property. This required creative approaches to facilitate proper drainage and maintain properties durability. Leifeste Landscape Design created skillful retaining walls of limestone boulders to achieve both durability and aesthetic appeal. Not only was this design intended to alleviate possible erosion to the property but also provide attractive terraces for plants. Quality materials can not be overstated for the success of Hollywood Place. From durable outdoor furnishings engineered to withstand elements to low-energy landscape lighting, every detail, decision, and execution was planned precisely. Sustainable mulch and organic fertilizer were also implemented to support plant life for years to come. The end result is beautiful outdoor space that has brought the client joy as an attractive outdoor escape right in their backyard.
