Information: Walkways by Nature One Landscape Design Here at Nature One Landscape Design, we just finished a fantastic job walking a client through turning their forced walkway space into a beautiful, functional path. Our team accepted the challenge of providing a cohesive link between different garden spaces while bringing visual interest to the property to serve the communities of Alabaster, Birmingham, Brook Highland and more. The started with an extensive analysis of the natural hydrology and site topography. Natural stone pavers were selected for their long-lasting beauty; environmentally-friendly permeable surfaces were employed on the garage approach as well. The path is winding of course to meander through colorful flowers, to a little sitting space and to keep from destroying the slope of the yard. We had to make sure the walkway would not disturb the already established plants and trees growing on both sides of the path. We have applied various methods to preserve roots of existing trees, our team are experienced. We also added ambient lighting along the path for safety and a soft glow on evenings. The end result is a clean crisp walk way that improves curb appeal while inviting one to explore the garden. The response from the client was fantastic they were delighted with the transformation and delighted that the new pathway complemented their outdoor living area.
