NATURE ONE LANDSCAPE DESIGN Stone Steps The following landscape represented together by nature one landscape design and completed with stone Garden Steps have made it a unique where you would not see this beautiful door till now over here to make the land which could be difficult for a human to walk on a pleasant task. Showcasing our quality craftsmanship and innovation, this is located in the beautiful community of Vestavia Hills. The main objective of the Stone Steps was to provide a safe and attractive link between the different levels in the clients garden. We chose to use locally sourced natural stone, which we selected for its both strength and beauty so each step connected and blended with the surrounding landscape. Every single stone was carefully selected, made for a well-articulated finished rustic look which added more and more soul to the property! A major challenge we had to overcome was the area had such a steep gradient which could erode over time and become difficult to access. The team designed a tiered approach with retaining walls and native planting beds to hold the earth in place and enhance biodiversity. This did not just tackle the challenges of the slope, but rather added dimension of colour and texture throughout the landscape. The end product was a stunning set of stone stairs that lead up into the garden to be enjoyed as a tactile experience of nature. The end result was balance between form and function, giving the clients a safe passage, whilst enhancing their outdoor space. The happy clients have commented that the 'Stone Steps' have created a central space for entertaining and a peaceful spot to contemplate.
