Swarts Executed by Michaelangelo's Sustainable Landscape & Design, the Swarts reflects the potential of good landscaping in the picturesque community of Roswell, Georgia. This exemplifies the integration of sustainable architecture and landscape in North Metro, and demonstrates our commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. The Swarts encompassed the complete renovation of an underutilized background into a vibrant escape. Our skilled team put together a multi-tiered garden with native plants, drought-tolerant shrubs, and a colorful array of perennials that perform well in Georgia. We utilized a plethora of locally sourced materials for perennial borders, pathways (natural stone), and composite decking to ensure durability and have the most minimal impact on the environment. After carrying out the work associated with the landscape and executing the design, one of the most complicated issues that presented itself was the property drop-off. To avoid erosion and create appealing terraces throughout the yard, we designed several retaining walls fabricated out of local boulders. Not only did this solution enhance the utility of the lawn, but it also created a stunning aesthetic against the backdrop of the vibrant vegetation. In the end, the surpassed the client's vision through an outdoor living escape complete with water feature, comfortable seating areas, and ambient lighting for evening get-togethers. The Swarts is a perfect example of how Michaelangelo's Sustainable Landscape & Design makes outdoor spaces more visually aesthetic, and more useful while providing for sustainable features. Our painstaking attention to detail and quality craftsmanship for each highlights our goal of making each representative of the client and the character of each , and the Swarts is a powerful testament to this.
