This gorgeous outdoor space includes a site-plan layout that was well thought-out, anchored by the stunning and vertical-interesting White Spire White Birch trees creating a connection with the elements. In an effort to connect the landscape and natural world, we used only native plants and soft grasses in order to blend harmoniously with the feeling of nature as part of nature. The well thought-out arranged plants were paired with the birches, but also created visual interest throughout the seasons. Another challenge was the site’s unique topography that would challenge the landscape professionals on the way the site would need to be graded for proper drainage while not affecting the natural landscape of the area. The Omega Brick & Landscaping crew handled the challenges with the installation of quality features, including stone retaining walls and permeable pavers that would allow water to runoff but add another level of visual interest to the space. In addition to the lush plantings, we used functional features like a casual winding flagstone path extending to a lounge seating space to relax and entertain. The lounge seating space has natural boulders for seating arranged to welcome visitors both naturally and inviting. The outcome is simply stunning! This gorgeous landscape enhanced the property, as the owner was looking for ‘curb appeal’ in mind, but also provided the space to escape daily life. Not surprisingly, the client was so thrilled with the outcome! They specifically mentioned how everything was designed related perfectly because of the way we matched nature and added special care to of their space.
