Paradise Valley XIV by Merit Landworks Tucked within Paradise Valley beneath Mummy Mountain, the 'Paradise Valley XIV' showcases the artistry and craftsmanship of Merit Landworks. This magnificent makeover of the place is proof & result of our hard work & creativity that we deliver to each of our clients. It has a balance of native Arizona plants like the brightly colored desert wildflowers and durable cacti that are extremely well suited to our particular climate and will provide year-round beauty. Locally sourced stone dry riverbeds add another aesthetic element while also helping to manage the natural flow of water on the site, providing box levels of effective drainage. A key highlight of this is the vast outdoor living space for leisure and entertainment. A beautiful large pergola built of sourced wood for shading and comfort, also a gorgeous stone fire pit for gathering around and roasting marshmallows under the desert skies. We also added a new irrigation system that has the best of high technology with a blend into the landscape to maximize water efficiency and plant growth. While uneven terrain and rocky soil presented challenges for our team, innovative solutions and meticulous planning found creative permits among these obstacles. Final 'Paradise Valley XIV' result sky, freaking, limits Thanks to its abundance of greenery, practical outdoors zones and aesthetically pleasing results, the has turned into a soothing oasis that pleases the client and betters the nature around.
