Creating curb appeal

Outline: Creating Curb Appeal by MA Cleaning & Landscaping Design Inc. The staff at MA Cleaning & Landscaping Design Inc. has recently completed an artistic called, "Creating Curb Appeal." In this , as always, we demonstrate our passion for thoughtful design, creating beautiful (and sometimes challenging) outdoor living spaces. We serve a range of clientele throughout the Washington D.C. Metro area, from Bethesda to Silver Spring, and beyond! We had the opportunity to transform the features around a suburban homes exteriors, enhancing not only the curb appeal, but the value of the home. During the initial consultation, the homeowner expressed a vision for a welcoming front yard that offered an inviting presence while still adhering to the values of the home design. Our design team provided a design concept that related to the original architecture but also stood out in a tasteful manner. It featured modern hardscape and softscape elements including stone pathways, decorative walls, and beautiful flower beds. Once accepted, our team utilized quality materials and built a paver walkway that crisply traversed from the driveway to the front porch with a slight meandering; framed by a custom, cultivated selection of perennial flowers and ornamental grasses. These plants were intentionally chosen, balancing seasonal appeal with ease of maintenance and durability throughout the complete cycle of the seasons. We utilized a combination of decoratively useful plants, including evergreens, providing structure and color even in the off seasons. A major challenge we encountered was leveling the uneven terrain surrounding the house and maintaining a balance between function and aesthetics. Our team employed modern grading techniques, building a balanced landscape that improved aesthetics and drainage, while also reducing erosion from seasonal flooding. Our approach to curating the offerings ensured the staying power of our hard work and the vitality of the plant varieties selected. As the broadened to near completion our team added accent lighting to provide ambience and visibility to the newly appointed aspects for the homeowner comfort on rainy evenings. This added dimension provided the final touches perfectly capturing teh inviting atmosphere the homeowner was seeking. At the presentation, we presented the thoughtful design, curated material selections, attention to detail and accomplshment of the property transformation to a delighted homeowner. We had transformed a tired, uninviting front yard into showcase property enhancing curb appeal and proudly providing a purposeful atmosphere that was the envy of the neighborhood as they reclaimed their front yard.
