New Front Area of a Condo by MA Cleaning & Landscaping Design Inc. MA Cleaning & Landscaping Design Inc. is pleased to showcase an exciting with a condo in the lively community of Silver Spring, MD. This was executed as a partnership to promote and elevate the visual and functional landscape of the condo to develop a welcoming entrance for residents and guests. The included a carefully crafted design that fused a mix of native plants, ornamental grasses, and flowering shrubs for an appealing color palette through the seasons of the year. We utilized quality materials, which included locally-sourced river stone for walking paths and pavers that were durable and beneficial. The major challenge to this was dealing with uneven land. With the uneven land, we needed to implement grading techniques to ensure the proper drainage and prevent collecting water. Our two man team skillfully leveled the land and included a well-engineered drainage system that seamlessly worked with the new landscape for long term sustainability. We also added inviting lighting with LED lighting along the pathways with lights accenting focal points like the custom-built stone seating area and plantings. Ultimately, ending with a stunning front area which improved the curb appeal of the condo and provided an outdoor space for residents to meet and enjoy nature. Our client was excited the transformation and pointed out how the new landscape not only helped the condo but also enhanced the social connection among residents.
