New Front Yard by MA Cleaning & Landscaping Design Inc At MA Cleaning & Landscaping Design Inc, we love to create beautiful outdoor environments that contribute to the overall beauty and functionality of our clients' homes. "New Front Yard" is a prime example of that. It displays some of our landscaping design and build expertise for clients located in the Washington, DC area (i.e., Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring). We started this with the goal of creating a yard that was welcoming and aesthetically pleasing while providing low maintenance. We carefully assessed the site so our team had a clear picture of the existing site conditions, including soil, sun exposure, and any drainage issues. We had to contend with uneven terrain which we leveled out to create a more habitable water flow throughout the new landscape. We used high-quality sustainable materials during the , focusing on using native plants that would thrive in our local climate. The new design incorporates a vivid variety of perennial colors, ornamental grasses, and evergreen shrubs to interest the eye in all seasons. A beautiful stone path leads visitors into the front door, strategically oriented with outdoor lighting to display the new landscape at night. To top off the design aesthetically, we created a beautiful stone border around the flowerbed using locally obtained stones that blend with the natural surrounding space. We completed the by installing a location appropriate irrigation system to ensure that all plants were well watered, and to continue our sustainable focus on design. The outcome of this was a beautifully designed front yard that enhanced the natural curb appeal of the home while providing a tranquil outdoor space for the family to enjoy. The client was very pleased, noting that the new yard had become their home's focal point and a source of pride.
