It allows us to serve the beautiful area from Charleston and beyond. The was to make a beautiful outdoor space that responded to the surrounding natural conditions. The highlights a lovely combination of native plantings and ornamental trees that provide a vibrant patchwork of color and texture throughout the year. We used sustainable materials by sourcing locally quarried stone to support the hardscape, which beautifully integrated into the existing natural topography. The use of permeable pavers was not only attractive; it helped resolve drainage issues, allowing water to pass through the landscape naturally. One of the highlights of the I'ON Life is a multi-level patio area made for entertaining and relaxation. The custom seating walls, filled with flowering plants, make for pleasant areas to enjoy the company of friends, while the use of a tranquil water feature introduces calming sounds to the atmosphere. Lastly, energy-efficient landscape lighting transforms the outdoor experience during the evening hours by illuminating paths and highlighting special features. Through the whole process, the I'ON Life team dealt with site-related concerns such as grade differences, orientation, and soil conditions. However, we were able to return to our original design thinking, problem solve with the client in sight, and adjust accordingly to ultimately create a beautiful landscape that exceeded all expectations. In conclusion, we created a place of beauty that reflects the client's vision, integrates with the character of the community, and is even featured in I'ON Life.
