Moreland Hills2 by ONeill Landscape Design and Installation Located in the lovely area of Moreland Hills, the "Moreland Hills2" landscaping by ONeill Landcape Design and Installation showcases our value of quality, innovation, and, most importantly, client satisfaction. We engage with clients in Bainbridge, Beachwood, Bentleyville, and other regional areas, effectively executed the enhancement of a large residential property into a stunning outdoor space. The included a delightful combination of native plantings, sustainable materials, and thoughtfully designed hardscapes to create a beautiful yet functional landscape. Elements of the included a beautiful stone patio made from locally sourced bluestone; it provided an exquisite outdoor entertaining space. A custom water feature provided a relaxing presence, complemented with strategically placed LED lights enhanced the landscape at night. One of the main challenges encountered with this was dealing with the existing topography of the site, which required creative grading solutions to manage proper drainage and prevent erosion. Our team was appealed to this site by constructing terraced garden beds to manage drainage and add visual interest and depth to the landscape. The drought-resistant plant selections also guaranteed sustainability while providing year-round color and texture. The final product was a thoughtfully-cultivated landscape that exceeded the client’s expectations. The combination of functional outdoor spaces, lush plantings, and stunning hardscapes created a seamless transition between their home and it's natural landscapes. Our client’s delight has been extremely visible since they inhabit their new property, which will enhance their experience while helping their property value.
