Our Office Retreat Our Office Retreat is a gorgeous landscaping completed by Alford's English Gardens Inc. that took a corporate space and built a beautiful and tranquil retreat. Serving areas from Cerritos to Laguna Nigel, our team took on this with creativity and professionalism and ensured that everything flowed with the architectural design of the office. The overall features native drought resistant plants, lush green lawns, and beautiful walkways. We utilized materials such as natural stone pavers and organic mulch to enhance the appeal while remaining environmentally friendly. The display of a custom built water feature is the focal point of retreat of the space and provides an aesthetic feature as well as the sound of water as a calming backdrop for employees as they relax and get away from their work day. One obstacle we faced was that the area for planting plants was minimal, which made our design team think outside the box to explore all options to utilize the space. Our team of experts used vertical gardens and plant placement to yield privacy and beauty to the area without cluttering it. The outcome is a colorful, functioning landscape which invites relaxation and collaboration amongst employees. Our Office Retreat is a value gene in the work life of our employees, and they have shared their impressions of it being fresh and alive several times.
