23rd Street, Manhattan Blvd Completed by: Weeds Garden Design Build LLC Located in the heart of Manhattan Beach, Weeds Garden Design Build LLC's 23rd Street highlights a new landscaping that enhances outdoor living. The has aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that utilize quality materials, such as drought-tolerant native plants, stone pavers, and sustainably sourced hardwood decking. The design features a wide range of colorful, local plant life that is chosen to thrive in the local weather, so that each area has year-round color and textural variation. A custom-built pergola houses a shaded seating area, and lighting design creates a beautiful scene at dusk for evening celebration with family and friends. One of the hardest aspects of this was to optimize the available space on site, maximizing the use of the outdoor area. Our design creates multiple areas of usefulness, including a comfortable seating nook, fire pit for entertaining and a designed garden area for herbs and veggies; all while maintaining the value of beauty. The result is a beautiful outdoor space that exceeded the client's expectations and created a peaceful environment. In keeping with our commitment to complete crafts and high quality, substantiated by a mindfulness towards detail, Weeds Garden Design Build LLC completed a landscaping renovation that improved the property, while elegantly set in an example of quality landscaping for the community. This promotes our commitment to beautiful landscapes which will inspire and last for generations.
