Pool and Patio Entertainment by Outerior Design Outerior design is happy to share the ‘Pool and Patio Entertainment’ , a fantastic transformation located in the heart of Five Forks serving the surrounding areas of Fountain Inn, Greenville, Mauldin, and Simpsonville. This full landscaping designed changed the outdoor living space, taking both functions and aesthetics into account while executing a plan to meet the needs of the client. Starting with a full site analysis, the team recovered the client's vision of utilizing the backyard for an entertainment area. A luxurious in-ground pool was built with travertine pavers around the pool as a slip-resistant option to beauty in the . Tropical landscaping with knock out hibiscus and palm trees surround the pool area, creating a serene oasis while still being low maintenance. One of the challenges during the was the sloped grade, where the team would have to add in grading and drainage to have the water flow away from the entertainment area. The experienced team went above and beyond using the newest equipment and techniques to ensure to make the logical and sustainable while providing safety for the new owners and guests visiting. In conjunction with the pool, a patio area was built next to, featuring a custom outdoor kitchen using granite counter tops along with premium stainless steel appliances, to create a space for summer cookouts and family gatherings. The fire pit with seating was another experience add on to create comfort and ambiance during the evenings. In the end, the finished was truly amazing. The owner was extremely happy and satisfied with their new outdoor oasis. In the end, it was a combination of quality materials, innovative designs, and craftsmanship that not only increased the value of this property, but greatly improved the quality of life for the family.
