Description of the In the heart of Newport Coast lies the Jonathan Scott Residence, a truly unique example of the art and skill of transforming outdoor spaces designed by Camille Beehler Landscape Design. With their , the company demonstrates its ability to convert inhabitable countryside into lush green havens. The landscape design presented in the images perfectly embodies this approach, featuring a wide range of native Californian vegetation, drought-resistant landscaping, elegant hardscapes, and the environment-friendly ambiance. On-site, one can see a picturesque stone pathway amidst the garden, outdoor furniture designed by employees made of salvaged stone and local wood, and a lush water feature covering most of the ’s area. Complemented by the stonework in the hardscape, this feature not only adds tranquility to the atmosphere through ambient sounds of flowing water but also serves as the spectacular decoration of the site. At the same time, to find solutions to the issues encountered during the , the CBLD workers had to come up with an approach allowing vivid sun-loving plants to coexist along theseyeale shadow-loving ones. Additionally, in the light of the property’s slope and the partial absence of the sun during the year, terraced garden beds and shadow-loving groundcovers were used. As a hardscape, the outward furniture, as well as the material used for the water area, consists primarily of natural stone to ensure it can survive the challenges of the southern climate. The formation of the main outdoor element the central water composition has been hugely guided by the need to merge the feature with the surrounding foggy and mild climate of California to create a splendid look.
