This was a true reflection of our commitment to quality, imagination, and sustainability in serving the beautiful communities of Henderson, Las Vegas, Paradise, Sloan, Spring Valley, Summerlin South, Whitney, and Winchester. Initially, the existing landscape had to overcome a number of obstacles pertaining to uneven topography, poor drainage, and limited sunlight in certain locations. Our dedicated team conducted a thorough site analysis and developed a comprehensive plan that addressed each of the challenges while also elevating the inherent beauty of the space. We excavated and leveled the area, while also ensuring proper drainage systems were put in place to eliminate water pooling before establishing a beautiful outdoor oasis. The landscaping consists of a thoughtfully curated collection of vibrant, drought-tolerant plants, including native grasses, perennials that bloom with color, and deliberately designed succulents that thrive in the Nevada climate. We attempted to use the highest quality sustainable products from the community, which included using river rock in the landscape and permeable pavers for efficient water management while providing a contemporary landscape design. To improve the overall functionality of the backyard, we constructed a large, multi-level patio area with natural stone pavers, which is ideal for entertaining guests or enjoying quiet evenings under the stars. A custom-built fire pit that we incorporated, with adirondack style seating around it, provides an excellent space for friends and family. In addition, we created a classy pathway breaking through the garden space that prompts one to wander and value and appreciate the unique plant life. Landscape lighting was applied to draw attention and accent the extraordinary elements of the design and lighting was installed so the clients would feel welcome even at the sunset. The result is a gorgeous retreat that balances form and function, while also establishing their backyard as an extension of their home.
