'Podcast' by Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces Located in Atlanta, Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces executed "Podcast", a remarkable renewal of a client’s outdoor space. In the heart of an active neighborhood, the goal of this was to create a relaxing space while enhancing the property's visual appearance. The included careful consideration of combinations of hardscape and softscape, and features a custom patio of high-quality natural stone pavers that is in harmony with the surrounding vegetation. The sitting area embraces a fire pit as the focal point, creating an inviting space for chats and gatherings. We also installed an outdoor audio system, allowing our clients to listen to podcasts and music while surrounded by nature! The landscape palette included a variety of native plants that demonstrate resilience while adapting to the low-maintenance landscape. A challenge with this was the uneven ground surface of the original yard, which we had to level to create flow from the patio to the garden area. The also included an efficient irrigation system, helping reduce water waste as the foliage flourishes. The final product was a stunning outdoor escape that was functional and relaxing for our clients. The fine balance of modern functionality and natural beauty makes the "Podcast" a work of innovation and craftsmanship from Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces.
