Carabeen The Carabeen landscaping , completed by Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living, is a representation of our dedication to excellence and ingenuity in outdoor spaces. Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Castle Pines, the transformed an empty yard into a refined retreat that is as functional as it is attractive, embracing the beauty of nature. The Carabeen includes a thoughtfully planned layout that is further enhanced by a multi-level patio built using beautiful natural flagstone material, creating the perfect area for gathering and relaxing. Additionally, the client wanted us to create a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a signature granite countertop for entertaining family during summer barbeques and gatherings. One major challenge we faced during construction was the location's difficult and sloping terrain. We had to use strict grading and soil stabilization practices to ensure durability. Our exceptional team was capable of navigating this challenging issue through its use of high-quality materials that glided smoothly through different levels of the landscape. A custom drainage system was designed and built to ensure water flow would be directed to the appropriate depths of the site to prevent any potential erosion from taking place and potentially causing site issues. The hardscape aspects of the landscape continued with the softscape by using a diversity of native plants that are thriving to live in the elements of the site while enhancing the living green aesthetic of the landscape. The client requested a level of sustainability so we worked with the clients to create drought-resistant plants alongside perennials that were colorful, and ornamental grasses which added color and sustainable touches to the landscape. A tranquil water feature also served as the crowning feature which was used as a focal point to invoke relaxation throughout the patio and gathering spaces. You hear the sounds of water cascading down, adding to the experience of outdoor living, and to focus relaxation and tranquil moments. The resulted was a transformative space that exceeded our clients' expectations, creating a pretty and functional outdoor space. The Carabeen highlights the commitment to craftsmanship, design, and above all customer service, which exemplifies the dedication of Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living.
